Exchanging ABRIKOS clothing for a different size or returning it for an immediate refund is very easy.

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
All items for exchange or return must be in new and unused condition, with all factory tags and labels, and in the original packaging.
If you try on an item and realize you need a different size, please do not wear the item, do not remove the factory tags, and do not store it in the kitchen where it can absorb food odors.
Keep the item in its original new condition so we can accept it back into our warehouse.

How to return or exchange ABRIKOS clothing:

Please send us a message about the exchange or return of the item via email at info@abrikos.com or through the support chat.
Do this no later than 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
2. We will record all the information and reserve the required size for you in our warehouse.
3. Send the item for return or exchange to us via the UPS carrier.
4. After receiving your parcel for exchange, we will check the items to ensure they meet all return conditions (new unused condition, tags, labels).
5. After inspection, we will send you the correct sizes .
6. In the case of a return, we will process a refund for your order.

Please note!

These items are not eligible for return:
1) Custom-made items or items with personalized modifications;
2) Items with logo or name embroidery (therefore, before ordering embroidery, you must be 100% sure of your clothing size);
3) Items without factory tags that have been used more than necessary;
4) Items that were not included in your order.
