IT IS EASY TO REPLACE OR RETURN AN ABRIKOS GOODS

In ABRIKOS, it is very easy to replace an item for a different size or return the goods and immediately receive the refund for the returned goods.

Replacement and return of goods are carried out within 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive your parcel.

All returned goods or goods for replacement must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and factory labels attached, in original packaging

HOW TO REPLACE OR RETURN AN ABRIKOS GOODS

If you tried on an item and realized that you need a different size, then: Please do not wear this item, do not remove the factory label from it, and do not store it in the kitchen, where it can be soaked in the smell of food. Keep the item in its original new form so that we can take it back to our warehouse.

IF YOU ARE IN UKRAINE

1. Please inform us by email orders@abrikos.ua indication the subject “REPLACEMENT” or “RETURN” within 14 business days from the day on which you receive your parcel.

2. We will write down all the information and book the right size for you in stock.

3. Please then send us the returned goods or commodities to be exchanged by "Nova Poshta". Our adviser provides you all shipping information for customers in Ukraine via email. If you are in Kyiv, please bring it to our store, and we will replace your item with the right size. Our store address: Peremohy Avenue, 70, Kyiv, 03047 Ukraine.

4. We will send you the replaced goods by NOVA POSHTA, and in a maximum of two weeks you will have a new item.

IF YOU ARE IN EU

1. Please inform us by email orders@abrikos.ua indication the subject “REPLACEMENT” or “RETURN” within 14 business days from the day on which you receive your parcel.

2. We will write down all the information and book the right size for you in stock.

3. Please send us the returned goods or commodities to be exchanged to our EU partner. Our adviser provides you all shipping information for EU customers via email.

4. Preliminary delivery times of the replaced goods to EU countries is up to 14 business days.

IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF UKRAINE, OUTSIDE EU

1. Please inform us by email orders@abrikos.ua indication the subject “REPLACEMENT” or “RETURN” within 14 business days from the day on which you receive your parcel.

2. We will write down all the information and book the right size for you in stock.

3. Please send us the returned goods or commodities to be exchanged to Ukraine. Our adviser provides you all shipping information for International customers via email.

4. Preliminary delivery times of the replaced goods outside Ukraine, outside EU is up to 14 business days.

NOTICES

1. We will not authorize the return of items that have been examined or used more than necessary.

2. You will have to pay for the return shipping cost.

EXCEPTIONS

The following goods can not be refunded:

•goods are embroidered with your tailor-made logo or text, that were made according to your instructions. Therefore, before ordering embroidery, you should be 100% sure of your size;;

•goods that are not listed in your order;

•goods sent to the wrong address/manufacturer, other than the one mentioned on your return request;

•goods that have been examined or used more than necessary.
