1. How soon will I receive the parcel after placing the order?

Collection and packaging of the order is carried out from 1 to 5 business days from the date of receipt of payment. Working days of production and the online store are from Monday to Friday from 10-00 to 18-00.

• Delivery times per Ukrainian cities can vary considerably. Preliminary delivery times in Ukraine is from 1 to 2 business days.

• Delivery time per International shipping (outside Ukraine, outside EU) can vary considerably. Preliminary delivery time outside Ukraine, outside EU is from 7 to 25 business days.

After sending the parcel, we send you immediately an SMS with tracking number for self-tracking the parcel.

3. What is the maximum number of units in an order?

At least one. Maximum - as much as you like.

4. Can you embroider orprint logos and text?

Yes of course. But please make sure, it will take additional time (several days). Exactly how long does it take toembroider/print a logo or text–our adviser will inform you based on the workload of our tailor-made branding department.

5. Can I try on the goods before the placing order?

Yes, if you are in Ukraine. Please visit our store: Peremohy Avenue, 70, Kyiv 03047, Ukraine.

6. Can I return and replacement a goods that did not suit me?

Yes, upon the first request, we will immediately replace for the other size or return your payment.

Replacement and return of goods are carried out within 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive your parcel.

All returned goods or goods for replacement must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and factory labels attached, in original packaging.

7. How will I receive refunds for the returned goods?

Depending on the way you paid for the order, you can get a refund:

- when paying by bank transfer, the return is possible to the card of any bank issued by you within 2 hours from the moment we receive the goods. For a refund, you must provide us the full details of your credit card by emailorders@abrikos.ua. Or to the client's current account, specifying all details;

- when paying by bank card on our website, funds will be automatically returned to the card from which the payment was made.

8. Does the color of the goods on the online store website differ from its actual color?

The colors of all goods correspond to actual colours, but sometimes the difference in colors is small, because of brightness of your device screen from which you look at the goods..

9. Can I place the order and make a purchase if I am a legal entity?

Yes, of course. Please provide us detailed information about your company for the agreement and invoicing.
